Parker Stilley, Senior Pastor
Parker feels a deep sense of privilege to serve as the Senior Pastor of Calvary, a church he considers to be truly special. In March of 2023, he and his wife, Julianna, began this new chapter of ministry, moving from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to join the Calvary community in New Castle. Both believe this gospel partnership to be a profound calling and a blessing in their lives.
When not engaged in pastoral work, Parker is often found reading and writing, as well as connecting with fellow pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders. He loves having movie nights with his wife and spending quality time playing with their cockapoo pup, Sokka. During Pennsylvania's winter months, Parker is making up for lost time, reclaiming the snowy childhood he never had as a Texas kid, one snowman, snow angel, and snowball fight at a time.
Parker is a proud alumnus of Criswell College, holding a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and is currently pursuing an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies at Wheaton College Graduate School. Prior to accepting the call to Calvary, he served as the Student Minister at First Baptist Church in Mansfield, Texas, and previously as the Worship Minister at Stadium Drive Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. His experience also includes leadership in college ministry, men's discipleship, denominational ministry, missions, and ministry through the arts.
Parker is excited to see Calvary become an even brighter beacon of faithful gospel living. His vision is for a community where every member actively participates in biblical disciple-making, multiplying followers of Jesus within the church, throughout New Castle, and around the world. It is a continual encouragement for him to see the bold steps of faith Calvary is taking in pursuit of this goal, where the church is known by who they are and what they do: Lovingly Leading People to Faithfully Follow Christ in Purposeful Partnership.
